83l/4.7m again. Less wind than so far so Ok And bit underpoweredwith 4.7m but could not be bothered changing up; amazing how lazy you can get. Tried front riding again but ended up in a heap, sounds like I need to go for it more. Tried a few jumps that actually came off. Rest mid-afternoon then out again on nicely powered 4.7m. Body suffering aches and strains from so much windy sailing
